Authentication Error for some SAML SSO users
Resolved - Update 2 - The fix to the SSO SAML login issue that caused an Authentication Error has been implemented. We now believe the issue is resolved but will continue to monitor throughout the day.

Identified - Some customers who access Mural using SAML SSO are unable to login due to an Authentication Error. Our team is working on a fix and this will be implemented as quickly as possible.

We’ll provide an update as soon as we know more and at least by 10pm UTC.
