On 3rd May from 05:00 - 08:00 UTC Mural will be performing maintenance on our production environment. This maintenance affects only our US production clusters. Workspaces hosted in our European and Australian data center are not affected.
The aim of this scheduled maintenance is to improve our cluster infrastructure and simplify future maintenance requirements.
During the maintenance window users that are online may experience reduced performance as we sequentially upgrade different parts of our cluster.
Following this maintenance window we will continue utilizing the public IP addresses noted in our Help Center, here: support.mural.co/s/article/Recommended-network-and-email-settings-for-Mural. If you encounter issues with slow performance after the maintenance window ends, please validate with your IT administrators that these IP addresses are handled correctly by your network.
